There were a few William Jones's in Livingston KY. Margaret Perkins was married to William Jones (1781-1841) who died 1 Nov 1841 as shown in the 6 Dec 1841 Livingston County KY County Court Order Book I page 359 John Jones appointed administrator of Wm Jones deceased estate and Margaret Jones ask for Widow allotment https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C9PK-X97B-3 . When this William's sister 1st husband Joseph Scott died, William and his brother-in-law were the bondsmen, as shown in https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C9PK-FDB Will of Joseph Scott entered 19 May 1817 Sarah Scott named administrator, also the signer's of the $ 3,000.00 bond needed for will of Joseph Scott, Joshua Perkins and her brother William Jones are also purchasers of items at her father's estate sell. Joshua Perkins is William Jones' brother-in-law. John Jones & Joshua Jones are their children - Thomas Walker Jones is not.

Not sure who your William Adkin Jones was;

There is a cemetery plot of a William A Jones dead 20 Dec 1845, but no wife or children mentioned.

There also was William A Jones who wrote a will 27 Dec 1846 Livingston Co KY Will Book B page 116 William A Jones names current wife Mariah Jones, David Jones, Patsy Allen, Sarah Jones, James Jones, Isaac Jones, Edmond Jones and Elizabeth Jones all children of his last wife. He also names Thomas Jones, Jesse Jones, Joshua Jones, Fanny Gazaway, William W Jones and Alice Barr and refers to Thomas Jones as a son, so he had at least one other wife. Will was proven 1 Feb 1850 https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33SQ-GPST-9B98
