Biography

Rebecca Perkins, daughter of Luke Perkins and Rebecca Packard, was born 7 Mar 1763 and baptized 20 Mar 1763. She married first to Josiah Packard on 10 Oct 1782. She married seond to Charles Snell Jr. on 26 Mar 1807. Rebecca had 4 children.[1]
