Private Addison Perkins Died of Disease during the United States Civil War.

He enlisted into Company B of the 105th Ohio Volunteer Infantry On August 8, 1862 at age 30 as Private. During the US Civil War, he died of disease (“Typhoides Febris,” Typhoid Fever) on October 12, 1862 at “G. H. No. 10,” Louisville, Kentucky.[2]

He was buried at Cave Hill Cemetery[1]

In 1854, he married Myra Leet at Trumbull, Ohio.[3]

His widow was named “Maria” on the Civil War Pension Index, filing of 25 Nov 1862.[4]
