Biography
When Louise Evelyn Perkins was born on June 23, 1918, in Pernell, Oklahoma,[1] her father, Thomas, was 39, and her mother, Ollie, was 36. She married William 'Bill' Haskell Waitman about 1938;[2] he died in 1964 and Louise remarried to FNU King about 1981. She died on June 7, 1992,[3] in Walters, Oklahoma, at the age of 73, and was buried there next to Bill.[4]
