Jack married Fleeta Marie Cline 30 November 1938 in Montesano, Grays Harbor, Washington, United States. ^[3]

Jack and Fleeta had one child:

• Philip Brent Perkins, born 4 September 1939 in Hoquiam, Grays Harbor, Washington, United States.^[4]

Jack was a laborer in the logging industry. ^[5]

He died 20 June 1980 in Grays Harbor County ^[6] and was buried in Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam. ^[7]
