Vinnie was born 16 Jul 1889 at Blue, Choctaw Nation, Indian Territory, the daughter of George Perkins and Eddie Perkins. On 6 April 1896 Atwood Risener and Minnie Strickler adopted Vinnie Perkins.[2][3]
Vinnie passed away 3 Aug 1958 at Dallas, Dallas, Texas. She is buried at the Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, Irving, Dallas County, Texas.[4]
