Isaac Perkins was a pioneer settler of Penobscot.

m. Olive Webber, daughter of Gersham Webber and Mercy York, Aug 6, 1770 at York, York, Maine^[2]; He appeared on the 1800 census at Penobscot, Hancock, Maine ^[3]. He appeared in the 1810 census at Penobscot. ^[4]d. between 1810 and 1820 ^[5]
