Biography

Elizabeth Perkins, the daughter of Jacob Perkins and Elizabeth Kinsman, was born November 13, 1718 and died March 22, 1788 at the age of 70. On October 10, 1737 she married Samuel Hovey, the son of Thomas Hovey and Martha Balch.[1]

Samuel Hovey in 1737 married Elizabeth Perkins who was born Nov. 3, 1718.[2]

According to Lucy W. Stickney, The Kinsman Family, Genealogical Record of the Descendants of Robert Kinsman of Ipswich, Mass. From 1634 to 1875, Boston, Alfred Mudge & Son, 1876, page 63, Jacob Perkins and Elizabeth KInsman had two daughters named Elizabeth who were born in 1718 and 1726. Both died in infancy.

Elizabeth, d. Jacob and Elizabeth, bp. Aug. 14, 1726.
