They had six children before she died on October 2, 1727. Thomas then married 2) Elizabeth Fowler, on January 22, 1730 in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts. Thomas passed away about 2 Oct 1749 in Wenham, Massachusetts.

The death date here is incorrect. Thomas's will was brought to Essex Co., MA, probate court on 2 October 1749. He was "late of Wenham." The death date given above should say "before" this date. I see nothing to suggest he died in Maine. I think someone was confused here.
Perkins-7001 and Perkins-5664 appear to represent the same person because: They have the same name, their wives have the same names, they have the same date of death and similar date of birth.
