Oliver Perkins, Jr. was born 22 Oct 1770 in Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay Colony, the son of Oliver and Ruth Perkins.^[1]

Oliver Perkins and Ann Kennedy were married 27 Dec 1792 in Voluntown, New London, Connecticut^[2].

On 25 Oct 1793, their son, John Milton, was born in Voluntown.^[3]
