Anne was born in February 1680, and baptized in the parish of La Purification-de-Repentigny.[3] It was the first baptism recorded in the parish that year. She was the daughter of Paul Perrault and Marie Chrétien, who was a "fille du Roi", or, Daughter of the King.

Anne Chapelain married Joseph-Louis Chapelain, and the couple had 11 children.

Anne died in 1744, and was buried in the parish of Saint-Joseph de Deschambault.[4]

Research Notes

  • The marriage of Anne Perrot & Joseph-Louis Chapelain, supposedly occurred from about 1699 to 1701. No records have been found yet.

According to Jetté, the marriage would have taken place around 1699 in Grondines. [5]; their first known child is baptsed on 4 October 1701 in Grondines.
