Biography

Marie Philomène Perron was born on 10 August 1847, the daughter of Antoine Perron and Angelle Montiau, and baptised by a priest from Saint Jérôme on the same day.

She married Jean-Baptiste Mantha at Sainte Agathe on 13 September 1880; he was a widower having previously been married to Olivine Charon[1]. Her name was given as Desnoyer.

At the 1891 census they were using the name Imbault and living in the Sainte Agathe sub-district of Terrebonne with nine children[2].

Philomène died in 1918 and was buried at Saint Faustin, present were her husband and son Joseph[3].
