Spotswood was born in 1812. He was the son of Charles Perrow and Eleanor Tease. He passed away in 1884.

Possible mother of Eleanor Tease living with Spotswood in 1860, Sarah was 95. I think most of his children were born to his first wife, Elizabeth Heath.
