She married William Booth on July 15, 1914, in Salem, Marion, Illinois. Five children were born to this union.[3] Pearl was a housewife.

Pearl bled to death eight days after giving birth to Nelma June Booth, who died at stillbirth. She passed away on December 24, 1927, in Odin, Marion, Illinois, at 31. She was buried December 26, at the Peaceful Valley Cemetery in Odin.
