Louvonia (Perry) Cleaves is a part of US Black heritage.
Louvonia (Levonia) was born about 1907 in northern Georgia, moved to Tennessee. She is the daughter of Oliver Perry and Fredonia Freeman. Died in childbirth, age 33.
