Naomi was born on December 25, 1938, in Wayne County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Elgie Lee Perry and Mamie Pearl Tice.[1] Early in her childhood, the family moved to Lawrence County, Tennessee.
On October 8, 1958, she married Thomas Delton Rosson in Alabama.[2] They had three children during their marriage.
Naomi worked as a seamstress at Henry I Seigel Company and retired from Columbia State Community College. She was also a member of Summertown Baptist Church.
At her home in Summertown, Tennessee, Naomi passed away on July 24, 2020. A funeral was held on July 27th at Neal Funeral Home in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, at 3:00 p.m. Her burial followed in the Union Hill Cemetery.[3]
