It is probable that Elizabeth Williamson is the Elizabeth who married John Perry, but not certain per this source: "Elizabeth (?Williamson) Perry, wife of John Perry of Sandwich, Mass" The New England Historical and Genealogical Register, reference Volume 126 (1972), page 279. Subscription, or NEHGR may be available at local library.

Perry-11993 and Perry-730 appear to represent the same person because: Looks like a good match. Family Search shows all his children with his wife Elizabeth Williamson. But it also list two other wives, Elizabeth Crowell and Hannah Savary. Have a source that connects John to his father Ezra Perry.

Perry-4539 and Perry-730 are not ready to be merged because: Not enough supporting data to do a hard merge.
