Biography
Harold was the son of Harold Perry and Mary McKelvey. He was born in Rochester, New York. He graduated from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and the University of St. Michael's College in Toronto. Harold was an ordained Catholic Priest and he taught at St. John Fisher College prior to going to St. Thomas University in Houston where he was the chairman of the political science department. [1] He died in 1978 in Houston, Texas. [2] He is buried at Forest Park Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
