Ann was born between Apr-Jun in 1855, and she was baptised on 6 Jan 1856, at St Ewe. She is the daughter of John Perryman and Jane Harris.
In 1861, at age 6, Ann is living at Wrestling (?), in Downs, St Austell, Cornwall, England, with her parents, John age 40, Jane age 40, and her siblings, Thomas age 18, John age 15, Mary age 13, William age 11, Elizabeth age 8, Edward age 4 and Harriet age 1.
In 1871, at age 16, Ann is a Mine worker, still living in the town of Downs, with her widowed mother Jane age 50, and her siblings William age 20, Elizabeth age 18, Edward age 13 and Harriet age 11.
Between Apr-Jun in 1872, Ann married Francis Best, at St Austell.
