Birth could also be 1825 or December 16, 1836.
He was educated at Barratville, SC and Asheville, NC. After reaching maturity, he made his home with his brother, W.W. Perryman, at New Market.
Moved to Texas after his marriage.
Civil War - served throughtout the Civil War in 5th Regt of Hood's Texas Brigade.
Ginned cotton on his plantation in the 1890s.
Listed in the 96th Abbeville District, SC.
