Biography
Gustaf was born at Nåberga in Björskog in 1892.[1][2] His mother died in December 1893[3] and his father with two children moved to Västra Skedvi, where he became a crofter in Björntorp. His mother lived nearby and helped him with the children.[4][5][6]
In his youth he worked as a lumberjack with his father.[7] 1913-1914 he did his military service as a dragoon.[4]
After his military service he moved to Arboga, where he worked as a storeman. Gustaf Persson married Rut Elisabet pettersson in the Methodist chapel of Arboga 31 October 1920.[8]
Later Gustaf was a glazier with his own store. Gustaf Persson died in 1983.
Gustaf and Ruth were 7th cousins once removed. Their most recent common ancestors were the couple Sara Larsdotter (abt.1639-1722) and Göran Hansson (1638-1713) in Skinnskatteberg.
