Jediná odhalená stopa po Janu Peršákovi je zápis o sňatku jeho dcery Zuzany[1], kde je jeho jméno uvedeno. Více se zatím nepodařilo nalézt. Jen v Berní rule Kokořínsko I str.318 je uváděn Peršákovský, pustý grunt v sousedním Pohoří.
