Biography

Francis Friend Peters was born in Hazleton, Luzerne, Pennsylvania, on 2 May 1951.^[1] He was the younger of two children, and the only son born to Francis Peters and Bobby Kline. In 1969, he graduated from Salisbury High School in Salisbury Township, near Allentown, Lehigh, Pennsylvania. He also attended Lehigh County Community College in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania.

On 17 Apr 1971 Frank married Brenda Donat, and the couple had one daughter and one son. On 29 Oct 1999 he married Sheree Heffelfinger, and they divorced in 2006. On 22 Jul 2010 he married his first (and last) love - Lori Mast Karol - in Allentown. He served on the Allentown Police Force for 33 years, was Assistant Chief for six months, and retired as Inspector of Police in 2006. He died in Salisbury Township, Lehigh, Pennsylvania on 3 Jul 2013.^[1] He is buried in Saint Marks Cemetery in Allentown.^[2]
