Biography
Thomas was the son of Joseph Peters and India Ross. He registered for the World War I Draft June 5, 1917, in Catoosa County, Georgia. He is buried at Nathan Anderson Historic Cemetery, Ringgold, Catoosa County, Georgia. Sometime before April 1940 he and first wife, Addie, divorced.
