Biography
Lammert "Lambert" was born February 26, 1854 in Hoog Soeren, Apeldoorn, Netherlands, son of Johannes (John) Peters and Geertje Bronkhorst. Lambert married Hendricka J Hulleman, May 23 1874 in Apeldoorn; daughter of Guert Hulleman and Aartje Strijk. They immigrated to America in 1894. Lambert died January 10, 1916 in Waupun, Wisconsin.
THE WAUPUN LEADER NEWS-JANUARY 13,1916
Lambert Peters died at home in the town of Waupun on Monday evening at six'o clock, aged 62 years. The cause of death was Cancer. He leaves surviving his widow, six sons and one daughter. They are, John, Garret and Guy of Amsterdam, Idaho and Arthur, Henry and Lambert and Mrs John Molenkamp of this vicinity. The funeral will be held Thursday at 1 o' clock at the house and at 2 o'clock at the Reformed Church, Rev. Holoubrands officiating. (Source: www.oocities.org)
