Note: Ebba's parents (according to my notes when I asked mom about her family decades ago when I was first interested in this) were Carl and Anna Peterson. Her mother was one of four: besides her, there was Svea, Merton, and Merle. I put two census records (1910 and 1920 in the shoebox. If you compare them with the Passenger List you have for Ebba, uou see the birthplaces match up: Berwyn illinois, and then they resided in Illinois. Since mom was born in Chicago in 1922, that sort of makes sense.
In the records Ebba is spelled alternately Ebba, Ebbe, and Abba.
Svea is also spelled Swelie.
The childgren's names are Merle G. (Gunilla), Ebba G., Svea and Merton C. (Carl?).
The records show Carl H. Peterson and Anna J. Peterson.
