Kenneth was born on 31 December 1949 in Wisconsin Rapids, Wood, Wisconsin, USA to Robert N. and Cynthia J. (Quimby) Peterson.^[1]

When Kenneth was 17 he married Karen Ann Najemnik on 28 September 1967 in Saint Louis, Missouri.^[2][3] They had 3 children.

They divorced sometime before Aug 1996.
