Hi Nancy,

I noticed that you used the Challenge Tracker to track a change during a recent Saturday Sourcing Sprint. Please consider officially joining us for the Saturday Sourcing Sprints. You can find information, including how to join, on the Sprints Help page.

No pressure, every profile with a source makes our WikiTree better. Your work will continue to be included in Tracking Sheet's Unregistered total at the bottom of the help page if you do not register.

Your work is appreciated. Thanks for sourcing!

Dear Nancy,

The Nordic Project is performing its bi-annual check-in with our project members. You are receiving this message, because we have not heard from you since you joined the Nordic Project.

We are in the process of transitioning to a team structure. If you have not yet joined a team, please let us know which team(s) you would like to participate in.

We are close to launching our new Nordic Trail. The Nordic Trail will be focusing on our new project members. We will be teaching them the core skills needed to contribute to the Nordic Project's goals – which are to make every Nordic profile the best it can be. We are looking for Trail Guides to guide the Explorers through the Nordic Trail. We need guides for each Nordic country before we can begin the Trail. If you feel you can help by becoming a guide, please contact Missy with the country or countries in which you would be able to guide.

We thank you for all you do to help the Nordic Project and are a bit curious about how you recently have been contributing to the project mission and goals. We are asking because it would to help us gauge our success and address our weaknesses. On behalf of the project, we would really appreciate it if you would take the time to respond by emailing Missy directly. Thank you!

Hello, I have been adding Danish Native and Danish Roots to profiles in my tree and any profile I create regarding Denmark. I would like to join as an explorer to assist in adding Danish sources to profiles. I would also be able to help in other ways. I am still learning the wikitree parameters and working on inline sources to biographies. Any help or suggestion would be appreciated as I would like to assist in the Nordic Project with the group.
Hello Nancy,

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I have added you to the Denmark subproject.

Please click on my name, and then send me a direct message. We need your email, so we can add you to Google groups. I would also like to send you a Discord invite to the the Nordic Project server where we discuss the Nordic Project in real time. It is not a requirement to join Discord, however.

I will talk to you more about your role(s) within the project privately.

Thank you!

Hi Nancy

First "welcome to WikiTree"; as one of our newer members. (I saw that you officially joined 12 Dec 2021).

The reason I am writing is that I noticed you clicked on our Integrators Challenge when saving one of your new profiles for this month.

According to our project page you would need to be signed up for at least three months

Please note also that actually the "Integrator challenge" is an advanced challenge that we offer. Please see our project page at

When you complete a new profile for one of your relatives just skip over checking a challenge when trying to save the profile. Remember also to check out pages.

Thanks, Dorothy B. Integrator Project Coordinator

Thank you. I was clicking on the Challenge Tracker to see what it was. I have read the pages you suggested. Nancy
Hi Nancy,

Thanks for taking responsibility for Orphaned Profiles. This is a courtesy email to share the After Adopting Orphans FAQ which explains the special attention adopted profiles will sometimes need from their profile managers. One quick way to find the profiles you adopted is by searching your Contributions List for the word "adopted" and "manager." You can find a quick link to your Contributions List in the My WikiTree dropdown menu.

If you will be working with any profiles needing GEDCOM cleanup, the AGC tool can help with formatting so that you can concentrate on the research. You can read more about it in the WikiTree AGC FAQ.

Let me know if you have any questions,
