Charlotte Petitpas was born about 1813 in Chezzetcook, Halifax, Nova Scotia, the daughter of Célestin Petitpas and Gertrude Surette.
She married Laurent Mills, son of Joseph Mills and Marie Brun, in Barachois on 10 Feb 1841.[1][2][3]
