Biography
John was born in 1860[1], the son of John Petree and Mary Ann Clark. He passed away in 1919[2][3]. A memorial can be found on his parents' headstone at Jarrow Cemetery, Yorkshire[4].
In 1900, he married Ida Gertrude Mary, daughter of Dr Matthew Ledger and Marie Shuttleworth[5].
