G. W. Pettibone was a member of Co, L, 129th New York Regiment, Civil War Veterans [1]

In the 1870 US Census, G. W. Pettiobne, 22, is resining in twp 16, Saunders, Nebraska with his wife Mary m, 20 and their son Franklin W. 1. All three were born in New York. [2]
