research notes from Charles Duvall Pettebone This record is definitely for Sarah, daughter of John. The Ann Luis right before her is Ann Baly, who married Joseph Pettibone. Joseph died in 1699 and Ann married William Lewis, who died 1706, Ann then married Edward Marshall, they had a daughter named Catherine and moved to Pennsylvania where Ann was possibly carried off by Indians after Edward Marshall ran in The Walking Purchase.
