Lucy Ann Pettegrew was born in 26 April 1817 in Columbia Township, Hamilton, Ohio, United States. Daughter of David Pettigrew and Elizabeth Alden.
Married Harmon Cutler Sr., 20 August 1841 in (Zarahemla, Lee, Iowa, United States or Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois) later divorced. [1]
