William Henry Phears was born on 12 Jun 1856 in Washington County, Texas.
He was the son of Pleasant Phears and Mary Ann Wood. William passed away on 16 May 1918 in Dime Box, Lee, Texas ath the age of 62. He is buried in the Scott Cemetery in Lee County, Texas.
William and Mary Ann Wood married on 28 December 1887 in Lee, Texas.

William's second wife was Calpunia Tennessee “Callie” Dement Phears. They had 7 children.
