Elizabeth Mary Phelan was born in 1869, her birth registered that year in Melton, Victoria, as the daughter of Martin Joseph Phelan and Ellen O'Reilly. [1]
On the 5 June 1893, she married Christopher Costello at St Ambrose RomanCatholic Chruch, Brunswick. [2]
Elizabeth Mary Costello died on the 29 April 1903. The cause of death was a perforated stomach ulcer. With her age recorded at 34 years, her death was registered at Prahran, Victoria, giving her parents as Martin Joseph Phelan and Ellen O'Reilly.[3]
