Biography

William was born on 7 March 1914.

During World War II, he was a driver in the N.Z. Army Service Corps, 3rd N.Z. Division, service number 540159.

He passed away on 18 June 1974 at Opotiki, aged 60. He had been a grader driver residing at Opotiki. He has a memorial at Opotiki Lawn Cemetery.
