Biography
Catherine Phelan was born in 1822 in Canada. She married Timothée Leroux (05 Aug 1818 - 25 Feb 1855) before 1843 and the couple had 7 children. She married Ephrem Leroux (19 Jan 1822 - 12 Feb 1899) on 2 Oct 1855 [1] and the couple had 3 children. Catherine passed away in 1886 in Toledo, Ohio. [2]
