Biography

John was born on Aug. 26, 1758 to Nathaniell Phelps III and Rachel Sawyer in Hebron, Connecticut, in Hartford County at that time.[1] [2]

He died on 15 Jan 1812 in Albany and was buried at Albany Rural Cemetery.[3] Buried in same lot with Philip Phelps.
