Phelps-4354 and Phelps-2513 do not represent the same person because: Names of parents in these two profiles are very different even though the two ladies share names. Also dons and place are different.

Phelps-4354 and Phelps-2513 appear to represent the same person because: The probate records of Timothy Phelps says that his daughter, Sabra, married Isaac Pinney. Timothy and Margaret are the correct parents.
