Ruth was the daughter of Timothy Phelps, born 5 April 1728 in Simsbury, Connecticut.[1]
Ruth Phelps of Simsbury, Connecticut, married Zacheus Gillett of Windsor, Connecticut on 15 March 1743/4, in Windsor.[2]
