Biography
Birth
Mindwell Phelps was born at Windsor on September 30, 1729 to Daniel and Mindwell (Buckland) Phelps.[1]
Marriage
She married Noah Griswold after October 17, 1755 after his first wife Abigail had died. Mindwell died September 17, 1777 and was buried at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Windsor, Hartford County, Connecticut. The stone says, "wife of Isaac and late wife of Capt. Noah Griswold. Her first husband Isaac died either October 17 or 21, 1755 at age 37 years and is also buried there. He had been a brother of Noah's first wife Abigail.
