Phelps-10310 and Phelps-484 appear to represent the same person because: Hello,

I created Phelps-10310 because Phelps-484 didn't appear in the suggested list of matches. I adjusted the birth date for Phelps-484, as it was too late for her known children. Please accept the merge. Thanks!
