Janesville. Wis., Jan. 8.—[Special. ]. A telegram has been received here announcing the death of Frank B. Phelps, son of Judge M. M. Phelps of this city. Mr. Phelps was a well-known newspaper man In New York city. His death resulted from pneumonia. He was 33 years old and leaves a widow. ^[1]
