Biography

Henry was born in 1765. He was the son of James Phelps.

Henry is named in his father's Will dated 21 Apr 1794, which was submitted for probate in Gates County, North Carolina in 1794.[1]

He married Margaret Mizell on 29 Jul 1788 in Bertie County, North Carolina, USA. [Need reference]

He passed away in 1818. His Will dated 3 Aug 1817 was submitted for probate in 1818.[2] His Will names his wife Margaret and children Henry, James, Joseph M, Luke L, and Nancy.
