Biography
Eustacia Philips was baptised in 1881 in the Schenectady State St Presbyterian Church[1], the daughter of Harmon Philips and Annie Fredericks. The 1904 Schenectady City Directory indicated she lived on State St and was a housekeeper[2] She died in 1913[3]
