Biography

He is the son of Dr. Joseph Phillimore and Elizabeth Bagot.^[1]He was born on the 24th of May 1822.^[1]He married Harriet Eleanor Fortescue, daughter of the Hon. George Matthew Fortescue and the Lady Louisa Elizabeth Ryder, on the 29th of March 1864.^[1]At St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^[2]He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.).^[1]He died on the 25th of November 1897 at the age of 75,^[1]citing Death, Droxford, Hampshire, England.^[3][4]
