Noah Phillips was born on 18 Sep 1783 in Gloucester, Providence, Rhode Island to parents Andrew Phillips and Ruth Wall. He married Rachel Dixon (Dickson) about 1808 in Glenwood, Pennsylvania. Children: Aaron, Sarah, Russell, Esther Mary, Huldah, Samitra. He died on 18 Dec 1822 in Abington, Pennsylvania.
