Biography
Harold was born on October 20, 1910, in West Virginia[1]. He is the son of C. L. and Myrtle Phillips.
- On December 31, 1931 Harold L. Phillips and Ruby Elizabeth Bennett were married in Barbour county, West Virginia[2]
- In the 1940 US Census[3], in Glade, Barbour, West Virginia, we find 1. Harold L. Phillips, Head, M, W, 29, M, WV; 2. Ruby E. Phillips, Wife, F, W, 28, M, WV; 3. Junior L. Phillips, Son, M, W, 7, S, WV; 4. Clarence E. Phillips, Son, M, W, 3, S, WV
He passed away on August 13, 1981, at the Robinson Memorial Hospital in Ravenna, Portage, Ohio and is buried in Grandview Memorial Park in Ravenna, Ohio[1][4].
