Biography

Alcinda was the daughter of Fielding Phillips and Nancy Linton. She was raised with nine other siblings. She married Enoch Burns in Belmont, Ohio in 1825. They were blessed with nine children. Alcinda passed away on June 13 1873 and is buried in the Old Bethesda Cemetery in Belmont County, Ohio. Enoch passed away in 1889. He died under a court appointed guardianship. His burial location is unknown.
