Josephine "Jo" Phillips (married name Jenkins) was born on 10 July 1890 in Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia, the daughter of Rosetta Phillips and Simeon Phillips.^[1]

She was married to David Charles Jenkins.^[1][2]

Jo died on 4 September 1947 in Castlecrag, Sydney, New South Wales.^[1][2]
